It’s no secret that parents/educators like you face the challenge of preparing your kids academically while also helping them develop future-ready skills – like creativity and problem solving.
In today’s fast-paced world, kids are dreaming bigger than ever.
When I recently asked a group of kids what they want to be when they grow up, they responded with things like, ‘I want to build rockets,’ ‘I want to design video games,’ and ‘I want to work in AI.’
It’s so different from when we were their age, isn’t it?
As parents we don’t always have the time and know-how to develop these skills at home, especially if you’re competing with screen time.
That’s where I come in.
I offer an after-school craft/art program called Zot Tot Studios (named after my daughters), which is based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.
In our class kids create fun crafts that “work”. For example, we make rockets that shoot into the air designed to learn about propulsion, bubble machines that explore pressure and motion, and hobby horses that involve problem solving and imagination. It’s all about creativity and hands-on learning in a stress-free environment.
Plus, they get to take home a creation each week – whether it’s a toy, a game, or a gadget they made themselves – and be really proud of it. By offering this program, you’ll help your kids build critical skills for the future.
It’s a win-win for you and your child!
